Questions
Do I need Claude?
Not strictly. Sortello works with Claude and with other assistants that support connectors (MCP); they do the writing down. You can also use Sortello on its own in the browser.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Once you're signed in, upgrade from Settings; Stripe's checkout page takes the payment and sends you back to Sortello on Pro. Stripe emails you a receipt; if you need a Portuguese invoice, write to me and you'll get one.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. Pro keeps running until the end of the year you paid for, then you're on Free. If you change your mind right after paying, ask within 14 days and you get your money back.
What happens when Pro ends?
Nothing gets deleted. You keep all your notes, tasks, tables and files, and you can open, edit and export them. While you're over a Free limit, Sortello won't create new tables, links or uploads until you're back under it.
Will the price go up?
It might one day. If it does, you keep the price you signed up at.
Can I buy Pro from the UK?
Not at the moment. You can still use Free from the UK.
Is there a plan for teams?
Not yet. You can share notes with anyone, and each person uses their own account.
